I'm confused about Zero (Spoilers)

ignore me Posts: -18 Group: Members Member #175 Joined: Sep 11, 2015	MGS is known to have strange retkons, but most of them were not really important. However, after TPP we have completely different view on Zero. There is no mention on some big direct war between Big Boss, Ocelot, EVA and Zero. Also he turns into a vegetative state much sooner than its told im MGS 4. Can someone enlighten me who really Zero was? Maybe I missed some tapes or misunderstood something. Or Kojima just decided to change a lot.

Legendary Mercenary Posts: 1,511 Group: Admins Member #5 Joined: Jan 19, 2012	I mean, I don't think he needed to go into the dispute between Zero, BB, Ocelot, and EVA, since a lot of it was explained in MGS4 (more than it needed to be honestly). There's a bit of retcon in terms of when Zero gets sick, but I don't think it's that big of a deal.

ignore me Posts: -18 Group: Members Member #175 Joined: Sep 11, 2015	I felt like in MGS4 it was told that Zero was pulling the strings for much longer than in MGS V when he basically stopped existing as a human before even the BB awoke from the coma. Maybe Ill need to replay MGS4 because im remembering things wrong.
