First of all, "Reptile pod has taken up mammal pods wish" which mirrors Snake defeating The Boss in MGS3. He kills her but carries on here mission, her wish. For a world made whole? The Peace Walker(The Boss's will) becomes incredibly tatty and broken in Peace Walker battle 3. Like Big Boss's interpretation of the Boss will. Also, you have to defeat Peace walker three times. Like how you Solid Snake has to defeat Big Boss three times. To end his Rampage in the name of the Boss's Will. I did my best here, I still haven't watched the final scene yet.
