I wonder what kinda staff Kojima has working under him as they asked him back for MGS4 because of the size of the project and when they tried to do a side project (MGR) so it wouldnt be publicly as heavy as a MGS game, they couldnt manage that either. What will happen when he does decide to call it a day!
