I don't really like when people be mean just to do it, in spite. But right now no one knows why he chose a new VA, so I think people should hold off on all their sharp tongued bullshit. I'm not saying wait til we know, to be dicks about it, but just to wait in general. |

Yeah, in Kojima we trust. Seriously, he has made controversial decisions in the past (Raiden) but it always turned out well. |

i hate it that he only had like 2 lines not a lot and people are judging those 2 lines as the whole entire game. its ridiculous and he was awakening from a coma so i doubt his voice would be 100% that fast. its just stupid. i have faith that kojima knows what he is doing, |

Made a Battlefield style MGR scrap. Boredom...  I made it for a friend of mine, but yeah... if anyone wants to tinker around with it, here's the stuff: Right, so... DL: http://www.mediafire.com/?eo583ckg1m7ih50 Notes: 1: Make whatever render you're using a smart object. 2: Add a gradient map on top of it. Colours aren't important, but the ones I chose (despite being a bit off) are similar to the BG, slates and grays. my numbers are: Left most colour bank = 44515f Right most colour bank = 7f93a4 3: Right click the gradient map and make it into a Clipping Mask, and Blend Mode is Colour Note: Soft erase any part of the mask where you want to keep colour 4: Rasterize the render, then select that and the GMap and right click > Merge Layers 5: Make a new layer above the GMap. Take a faded brush, 0 Hardness and whatever size you need it at, and brush where you want the effect to be, in ORANGE (just solid, normal orange) 6: Put the Blend Mode for that on Overlay, duplicate it. 7: Make a new layer above that one, and do the same step but in hard YELLOW, Overlay the Blend Mode then duplicate that, too Note: Steps 5-7 should all be Clipping Masks 8: Misc stuff would be the light above the render. I just made a WHITE, single-click paint dab above him with a faded brush tip, threw a blur on it (Motion blur) and made it a colour I thought looked best (slight blue colour). Also, a smoke (stock image on black works best) image set to Screen for the smoke effect, if desired. Paint (or erase) the leg area like on the vanilla wallpaper, etc. Annnd, mess with curves on the render itself for better lighting, I did it on the background itself, though. Pretty much it. You won't be able to see my GMap settings in the .PSD since it's merged, but yeah. The effect looks better on renders of characters that don't have they're arms away from their torso.
