The gameplay looks fluid, great visuals. It's going to be an awesome spin-off. If you think about it, I think it's great for the Metal Gear Universe. I know it's non-canon to the story, but I think it's good for fans. If you don't feel like playing an MGS game and having to sneak, and you feel like just killing fools, Rising will fill that void. I know the story is after MGS4, but it looks like they're going to explain how Raiden came to be a cyborg, and explaining his haunting childhood. Edited by SolidLiquid, Jun 7 2012, 08:06 PM.

You think there'll be an option for Raiden's MGS4 skin(after a playthrough or otherwise)? Because that one appeals to me more than the new one.

I'm taking 6 classes this summer... Also, I remember being really young, like 8 years old when MGS: VR Missions came out. I remember unlocking the Gray Fox missions and being able to play as him...it was rad as fuck. Ever since that day, I always wanted a game that you play as Gray Fox where he's the main character. But nitpicking aside it looks alright, hoping to see more on Ogre or MGS5 next year. Though I don't hold much hope for Konami to put that in their E3 2013 conference, that could almost make their conference not suck.
