which I guess makes sense becasue Kojima has let us down a fair bit with other things he has worked on and other things that have been done with the MG franchise as a whole... I mean look how he SOLD OUT with that fucking gun gallery game on the iphone... fucking whore that he is trying to sell out MGS like that the subjct of MGR and PG games in general? I don't even really think you've actually played any of there latest games... like really at all. Bayonetta was pretty fucking diverce in the shit you could do as the game progressed, and even for someone like me who fails at that kind of game, I had a fucking blast and replayed bits of that game, even when it sucked on the PS3. Vanquish, a crazy 200mph cover shooter that was and still is a breath of fresh air for the 3rd person shooter. It's fast frantic and requires skill and precission to get around the enviroments and levels. And MGR a game that has been shown to have stealth as well as all out action and crazy QTE looking boss fights with massive robots.... how in the fuck can you call any of those titles or games 'repetitive and boring' ? @Scotia - In terms of backstory, I'm really hoping to have his childhood even more brought out, perhaps many parts with Solidus. I said it before, I'm hoping for some type of explanation of what happened to Raiden between 2 and 4. I mean, Sunny is confirmed to be in the game. You think they might go into Sunny and Raiden's past together, because without Raiden (if he failed in MGS2), she would be dead. So I think we'll be seeing more of his past than we might expect. You know what I thought of? Raiden's f'n SON. You think his son will have an impact in this game, someway? Just an optimistic thought, really. Shit man, I'm too excited for this game. |

Indeed, I would like to see his childhood fleshed out a tad more, if anything just in cutscenes, and they most likely will show at least something involving him and Sunny, I mean hell, she is the reason he is what he is today. And I hadn't thought of his son, but now that you mention it, that's an interesting thought. Gonna start deleting shitposts. I don't need to quote since my post makes it very clear I am referring to you as it handles the subject of your very post. Your other post I mentioned could have been aimed at me or Gye, hence me asking about it. Don't try so hard. And no, this isn't because of what you said about PG. So that's your beef with me, huh. I kinda figured, but now I know. Just that you're wrong, I'm not negative, I'm critical. If something is badly done/designed and it irks me enough I will mention it in my reviews, explaining what exactly irks me and noting whether I think it's a general flaw or if it doesn't just suit my personal taste(unless I'm not sure). I don't judge a game before playing it(except genres I don't like by default), I look at what is presented pre-release and write how I feel about that. I have written what I like about stuff too, but I suppose my lack of enthusiasm downplays it. Chalk it up to aging or how my time in the boarding school changed me, I dunno, but while I still enjoy games I tend not to get that excited over them anymore. Too bad, if that doesn't go well with you. I'd rather not quarrel with you, as there isn't anything I dislike about you other than you being a dick towards me.
