Recently the Zone of the Enders HD Collection came out in Japan, and it’s bundled with a gameplay demo for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Konami has released a bunch of new videos on their official Youtube channel to show off the game. Different gameplay mechanics are shown off, such as stealth kills, environment destruction, the CODEC system, grenades and Zan-Datsu. http://metalgearsolid.nl/?p=3038 Some nice videos, the player knows what he's doing. |

I'm assuming ZOE is out at a later date in EU? Are you not getting it Tuesday? I might do an off-screen recording/review of the demo. Dunno, off-screen stuff is crap so I might not. Maybe I'll tinker with my camera's settings to get it sharp enough. Edited by Hoss, Oct 28 2012, 02:56 PM.

the demo is awesome the camera work could be better the game auto locks the camera on enemies which at times gets annoying when the enemy its locked to is on a different plane you are and isnt coming down. but im sure im being dumb and havent found a way around that. |

Well, I watched all 3 parts of your demo run, Scotia. I gotta say that I'm really impressed with this game, so far. The animations, like you said, are really nice. You look like you got a hold of the combo system relatively quick. It looked very fluid. One thing that really bothered me, was when you jump and go into blade mode. You literally just stay and float in the air until you make a move....that threw me off a bit. But, that's really minor when it comes to the WHOLE game. holy shit that looks awesome... only gona watch pt1 just wanted to get a feel for it without blowing my load also uk CE's been annouced; First up is the Limited Edition release:This edition contains a steelbook cover and a White Raiden figurine. It can be posed in many ways. Here it is:   Next up is the Render Steelbook Edition which simply comes in a different case. Yeah, it felt pretty easy to grasp, I've played it a few times now and have gotten some nice ideas going for combos going from target to target. Might make another video showing some kills on Gekkos. So, Pete... you're gonna buy me that LE. :3 |
