Favorite Themes From Soundtrack; Three Per Game

I'm thinking the main theme from each game doesn't count, that would kind of be dull to have the main theme take up one spot on every single list. not ranked in order of how much I like them, just randomly written down Metal Gear Solid Rex's Lair Enclosure The Best Is Yet To Come (I just died a little inside not including 'Introduction' and 'Mantis' Hymn) Metal Gear Solid 2 Opening Infiltration Tanker Incident Countdown To Disaster Metal Gear Solid 3 Across The Border ~ Snake Meets The Boss Virtuous Mission Debriefing Metal Gear Solid 4 Old Snake Metal Gear Saga Father & Son Favorite Metal Gear Solid 2 Theme Feel free to add Portable Ops / Peace Walker to the list. So I thought it'd be more fun if we didn't include them at all and had to choose other songs from the soundtrack. Also "It's Me, Snake" I've heard of no such song from the MGS1 soundtrack

But I added some to replace the main themes.

Speaking of TTS, it's kind of annoying how the soundtrack is total meh and like the one badass tune from it, the one that plays when you go up the elevator at the beginning of the game, is nowhere to be found on the soundtrack, lol. Describe "It's me, Snake" is it the the main theme motif one? I think the official name for that one is "Progeny of a Legend" And nice, now your list is a bit more fun. Memories of Hal is a great one, so is "Reminiscence" I went with "Countdown To Disaster" cause I remember playing the game as a kid and having that theme playing after Emma got shot and Raiden running across the oil fence, you just felt shit was at stake Edited by Cartman, Apr 10 2012, 11:25 PM.

But it's called that way on the Digital Novel OST, not the TTS one. Those OSTs are often so incomplete! Anyway, this is the song I mean (starts at about 25 seconds). The one that plays during the opening when you start up the game. I used to walk around and just blast that on my iPod. It makes mundane routines far more exciting.
