MGS Portable Ops?; portable ops spoilers may apply

In basic structure it is comparable to Peace Walker, with recruiting soldiers and building the base and such. But if you played PW first, it's a big downgrade, so be warned. :P

From what I know, Plus doesn't include the story mode, so in other words, it's worthless.
As a game it was only good for mindless time passing and if you actually played the online.

But why all the hate for PW? I really liked it, honestly didn't think the controls were that bad. I mean, all PSP games have crap controls anyway so what's the big deal with PW in particular?

As for the story, I enjoyed it. Sokolov was contrived but Gene is one of my favorite villains of the series.

you mean portable ops right? you kept saying "PW" lol. idk to me it just felt like a story that wasnt finished idk. i mean it just felt like they wanted to make something mgs fans would love like they pretty much took the basic structure of mgs1's story and changed it a bit then had some mgs2 influences but its just meh. like i feel like its forgettable for a mgs game. like MGS1 Solid Snake stops FOXHOUND's rebellion fights members of FOXHOUND the leader claims to be his brother which he is. in portable ops Big Boss stops FOX unit's rebellion fights FOX unit members then fights the leader who is made from the boss or whatever says to BB that they are practically brothers. snake stops the FOXHOU...... i mean FOX unit's rebellion. i mean the only thing portable ops needed was BB rescuing hostages and them mysteriously dying.

eh i think the B&Bs are bland i mean the only one i liked fighting was screaming mantis and crying wolf but the other two were just meh. well i guess i can see mpo being a decent game i just dont think its that great i agree with it being a good psp game but i just thought the structure was tedious of the game. its just a forgettable mgs game that i feel like anyone can just skip and not miss anything.

i havent played it nor do i compare it to mpo since mpo is part of the story while ghost babel is a spin off.
