tbh it's completely meh.. I hope this isn't the staple song for the game and I hope the rest of the OST has zero similarities with that shit fucking inception horn that everybody's juicing themselves over If I'm gonna be nice about it I will say that at least this game changes it up a little, putting it's own sort of spin on that incredibly overused style, still though I'd rather just not have any of it in the game. |

im sure its not the official song. it is just a loop of one part of the song in the trailer. i dont think KP would have a track that would just loop that quickly. he probably used that part since it was the only part not dubbed over. so i doubt its going to be that shitty im expecting the soundtrack to be like peace walker if anything. |

Someone else was listed as the composer in the trailer, but maybe it will change. For now it doesn't point in that direction though (and PW wasn't done by him either). |

It better fucking change. Harry is essential to the formula in my opinion. Although, he had nothing to do with MGS1, which has a great OST. The music for MGS2, 3, and 4 were just too damn good. |

I agree it's a shame, but PW also had great music, without him. So if he isn't in it I'd be kind of disappointed, but as long as the OST is good I'm okay with it. |

I hope that if Harry doesn't return, that they at least get Norihiko Hibino back, enough can't be said about how much his music adds to the series, I mean all those tunes playing during gameplay. I love it so much, I mean his MGS3 stuff is ridiculously recognizable and a huge part in what made things tense as shit when trying to hide from the enemy when you were spotted, the tension of caution n shit He is waaaaay too god tier to be ignored. I really hope he returns for this. |

C'mon Cartman, you know I wouldn't ignore Norihiko Hibino. I remember having a conversation with you about him and how much he adds to the series. You and I have the largest amount of MGS music here. I remember us doing screenshots of our MGS music library. Him and Harry are such a good duo together. Norihiko composed the entire "MGS2: The Other Side OST". The in game music for MGS2, the song "Infiltration".....soooo smooth. It fits MGS2 so much. He definitely needs to return. Edited by SolidLiquid, Nov 3 2012, 09:11 PM.

Nope. The physical copies of MGS OST's that I have are MGS2, MGS2: Ultimate White Sorter Pack, MGS4, and Peace Walker. BUT. I've downloaded EVERY Metal Gear and Metal Gear Solid OST that is possibly out there. I originally downloaded a torrent that had many MG and MGS OST's on it. It had Metal Gear 1, Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, MGS1, MGS2, MGS2: The Other Side, MGS3, and Portable Ops and Portable Ops Plus's music. I've dug and searched a lot to find the other following OST's: Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions OST, Metal Gear / Solid Snake: Music Compilation of Hideo Kojima / Red Disc, The Metal Gear Saga DVD music Vol. 1 and 2, Metal Gear Ghost Babel's music, Metal Gear Solid 2: Documix OST, The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2's music, MGS2: Ultimate Black Sorter Pack' Music (Can't find the physical copy), MGS3: The First Bite Promotional Soundtrack, MGS4: Another Side OST, Metal Gear AC!D 1&2 OST's, Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes OST, MGS: 20th Anniversary OST, Metal Gear Solid: Digital Novel OST, Metal Gear Online's OST (MGS3 Subsistence's MGO).
