It does quite a lot like Python from PO. I just still feel like it's a hallucination of Volgin. The armor is red, just like Volgin's. It just looks more like Volgin to me because of how big that man is standing in the fire. I think it's now very safe to say that this will be some type of MGS game. I'd totally forgotten there was more than the 3 clones

The symbolism and hidden messages within each game is just amazing to me. The MG Universe is so vast and deep and everything is linked together somehow. It's fucking crazy.

As Liquid told Snake in MGS1, many of Big Boss's clones were the Genome Soldiers that you kill in MGS1. There were many clones of Big Boss, all of them being test tube clones besides Liquid and Solid.

Liquid never lost his left arm, ever. The only arm he lost was his right arm after he died in MGS1 and Ocelot had his arm replaced with Liquids. Just clearing that up for you.
