Heavy Rain was a game with cinematic gameplay, clearly this displays Kojima's evolution towards cinematic gameplay as this Phantom Pain trailer was 100% gameplay. If you take the word "Dick" from "Moby Dick Studios" it really reminds you of David Cage, who is after all, kind of a dick. So what Kojima is telling us is that he has handed over the reigns on MGSGZ/MGS5 to David Cage who will move the series into the future with cinematic gameplay. Get hyped.

Vita is capable, but it would struggle to run a game with such graphical fidelity. And don't bring the "IT RAN MGS4" bullcrap, it ran at, like 19FPS, looked worse, and who knows if the hardware of the "NGP" didn't get a downgrade since then. Nothing out right now on the Vita that looks anything close to GZ/PP.
