I'm not sure, to be honest. Shamed to admit it, but I haven't even really started Bravely Default. I've been trying to finish this fucking Mario & Luigi: Dream Team for the past month. You do have a point, to be fair. I mean, just imagine the development costs on MGSV to date, so selling Ground Zeroes separately would do well to recoup some of that in time for The Phantom Pain's release. Sony probably had to do the same thing with GT5, otherwise it would've been six years of no Gran Turismo between that and GT4. Dat deficit. Anyway. I still don't have my copy - for whatever reason they didn't have any in stock this morning for PS4 and 360, but had a ton for PS3 and XB1, which is just strange. I'll have to get it later today from EB Games or Best Buy. I'm probably gonna go for 100% so I'll keep track of my total time - that should be a decent gauge for value, I think. |

I think there is some magic to this game, though. With every MGS, I've tried to beat it in all types of ways. With GZ, I truly want to go back to the main mission and execute every possible way. Guns blazing one playthrough, no kills the next one, or sneak up and knock out each guard. Blow some shit up and get everyone to head that way and take off to another area. I personally don't understand why anyone would want to go as quick as possible through this game. I want to see just how much detail Kojima put into this title and so far I'm really impressed. I just can't imagine how incredible the Phantom Pain is going to be. I will start the side-ops today and I will give my opinion on those as well later today. Have you played it yet, Scotia? Something tells me you're going to be underwhelmed haha But, I could be wrong. I just have a gut feeling you won't like it as much. I will admit, I'm definitely biased towards Kojima's work. I think GZ is truly awesome though. This kind of freedom is addicting to play. Like I said before, the length of the main mission will continue to bother me until the Phantom Pain comes out. Yeah I rang game and they said they didn't know why and couldn't do anything about it, so I rang PayPal and they said pretty much the same. Gona wait till tomorrow and see if it sorts it's self out... Not like I'm not already playing it anyway |
