people saying it looks easy take into account that this was a demonstration they probably buffed the fulton and made it look easy so they can get through the game without "oh shit im fucked shit game over oh fuck im fucked" sure some people might like that but they dont want to show off a game and end up failing on the way.

I actually really like how they have changed the fulton in MGS5. Now you have a % of how successful its going to be and each recovery costs research points. That's much better than in PW that just had a hard limit.

I don't know whatchu talking about, GZ felt quite like a Metal Gear to me.
Going on past experiences, your opinion on MGS is to be taken with less than a grain of salt, imo.

I liked everything I saw from that 30 minute video, but the game seems very easy.
The guy playing is Kojima Productions' top player, and he has gone though that demo numerous times.

I thought as much. He was consistently aiming well and scoring headshots. It took me a while to be able to do that in GZ, and even then, I would screw up sometimes and enter reflex.

No I mean the box among some things looks game breaking to me, like you can just get in the box the whole game and dominate. I'm just trying to picture Ground Zeros(Very easy) with a box.. They gave the box so many advantages(The Quick escape,the pop shot and then back to hidden). Another one is the Fulton drop on enemies, if an enemy sees it I doubt they will suspect where you're at. I don't know I see it as GZ, but easier.

I imagine it's something you'll have to research and that chances are it won't be cheap. If you figure that mission in the demo isn't too deep into the game yet mother base is already huge... Idk but I get the feeling that this being a demo they have tweaked a lot of stuff to give you an idea of how it plays without spoiling stuff.

The problem with MGS games and what made them pretty easy was the AI pathing and the size of the environments. Once you open that up a lot and there is no radar suddenly you have to compensate just to get back to a level playing field... Then add more advanced AI etc... I think the difficulty will be there if you want it, and you can always turn off reflex mode and get more points if you want

That could just be a time of day thing, no?
Looking at it again they seem to have lowered the quality of the grass and other bits on the ground. I hope that's not because of performance on the ps3/360... That said I would rather have it running at 60fps at 1080 than having it run at 30 but with nice looking grass.

Yeah, they seem to have removed some detail from the area close to the camera, but added detail futher away with more trees and buildings. Also, the landscape seems to be shaped differently.
