Just watched that blu-ray that came with the collectors edition, has to be the single worst dvd/bluray thing to ever come with a CE, I'd rather watch the Rage making-off dicksuck fest than that again.

It has a terrible 'METAL GEAR SOLID LEGACY' where they talk to a bunch of folk about how great MGS is, all of the game footage and music is mismatched and the whole thing looks like a mess, Cliffy B's segments look like they were done via Skype, terrible. Then all it has is a bunch of trailers and the stuff from Mission 51.


I really hope we get to see what properly went fucking down like we did with MGS:R, fuck.

There is one thing I wanted from the bonus blu-ray, a making of or behind the scenes couple hour long video detailing the making of the game and what happened during the development of the game and the FOX engine. And we didn't even get close to that, so yeah, worst bonus disc EVER. Some trailers, a video showing you proof of how unfinished the product you now hold in your hands is, and a random legacy video which does not even do it's name justice, and that's it, I wonder how much wasted space there is on that blu-ray, lol.

that would be weird for kojima to give CE people that they paid $100 for an unfinished game. behind the scene stuff would be cool but i dont think kojima would say the game is unfinished.

The game isn't unfinished, but is quite clearly lacking the content it was intended to have when Kojima started working on the project and it's structure.

I'm gently shaking with rage atm.

Mission 45 is impossible for me. I keep getting to the last wave and can never hold them off. This is the only mission I can think of that won't let me return to the ACC. This sucks. I've got a total of two hours on this mission alone, probably.

Edit: realized I can probably ride the materials container back to the ACC. Time to do Mission 46 tomorrow, I guess, and start building better battle dress and rocket launchers.

It's missing content it was originally designed to have, but the story that's told is pretty much all there, there aren't missing textures or missing animations etc...

The story that's told is not pretty much all there. An entire chapter is gone, missing. A lot can unfold in a chapter. Mission 51 was not Chapter 3 as a whole. Just face it, bro. It's unfinished.

As I said in a previous posts, the last half of the game seems very out of order and some things happen out of the blue, almost as if things were missing i.e. unfinished cutscenes and missing chapter. The game we were given was unfinished, I'm also not the only person who thinks this, as most people playing the game almost all agree the game isn't finished. There is no way you can look at the fact that Chapter 3 isn't in the game, and say it isn't unfinished.
