Not sure how I feel about Big Boss having a different voice actor, but it makes sense if he comes out of a long term coma.. and I'm guessing the chunk of metal in his head might have something to do with it... maybe it can't be removed with tech of that time and its what causes his hallucinations and what causes the events of Metal Gear 1 & 2 etc? But the "V has come to" is so strange, because its 'to' and not 'too' which suggests its part of a sentence... and then there is the third person that you see though the eyes off... The trailer is so well put together, the music is an inspired choice and I love how the song details come up as if its some kind of music video

For one, The Joy was blond, and so Ocelot was blond, due to genes. BUT, a LOT of males take on traits of hair colour from their Fathers. Meaning, if your Father has a lighter shade of hair, you will most likely have a lightened hair colour later on in life. This is why some men with brown hair tend to have hair that looks thin, when it isn't, because it's just getting lighter. The Sorrow, according to Kojima, has always had white hair. It's a full sentence. Scotia I am almost certain ''V'' is in reference to Big Boss, for whatever reason. When someone ''comes to'' they wake up, usually from unconsciousness. He was in a coma, and has left that coma, hence he has ''come to''. Why they would refer to him as V, or ''five'' or maybe just every sense of the letter, I dunno. There's not other reason for someone to say ''xx has come to'' if they aren't referencing them waking up. Also, I just remembered, they could most definitely be referring to Big Boss as ''V'' when we heard ''V has come to'' for one specific reason. He was often referred to as Vic Boss, in PW. Also, the horn he has is there obviously long after the hospital scene, so it's not thing that causes those hallucinations. As for the third person Miller asks about: Scotia Another thing, in the trailer when Miller asks ''What about him?'' he is clearly referring to a third person in the room, obviously the one we are seeing through the eyes of, as Big Boss is laying between them. This is (obviously) the man in bandages, so he was most likely with Miller and Big Boss, meaning he is an ally. Possibly frank Jaeger. Edited by Hoss, Mar 28 2013, 12:24 AM.

(I'm not a story fan so I'm going off memory)

The whole Metal Gear Solid V is still bugging me though...

Virgin Posts: 809 Group: Members Member #6 Joined: Jan 19, 2012	Mmyeah, perhaps they are thinking of doing MG1/2 remakes after this, which would feature Solid Snake with Hayter's voice, and that's why they introduce a new one for BB now. I didn't really care about Doyle. Before MGS4 I kinda hoped they would use John Cygan for old BB voice. Edited by Zuben, Mar 28 2013, 12:51 AM.
