But it's also common knowledge that VA in Japan is much bigger than in the States. When a VA changes, the decision is often met with low approval, or disgust. Hell, even when a VA just straight up DIES, the Japanese get pissy about it because he can't do the voice anymore, which is absurd... and when they find someone to replace them, things just get worse. This happened with Heihachi's VA in the Tekken series, for example. Someone as iconic as Snake most likely will never get a new VA in Japan based on these ''morals'' alone. |
