Yeah very nice image. BB looks younger but I guess that's just because his beard isn't as full and he isn't covered in scars. |

It's not Big Boss. It's a Solid Snake model, with an eye patch. It's supposed to show what Solid would have looked like in MGS1, if it were made now. The eye patch is for giggles, I assume. >Kojima |

I just assumed it was a slightly adjusted Big Boss model, because Solid is a clone anyway, so they did that rather than make an entirely new model for this example. I could be wrong though. |

I assume he was clean shaven back in the PS1 days because let's face it, how would you make it look like he has any kind of facial hair without it looking awful as shit, given the limited detail possibilities? i mean, look at his eyes ffs, lol.
