From what I know the xbox marketplace usually isn't updated till early morning, but that varies from like 3 AM to 11 AM PST. Edited by Acheron, Mar 18 2014, 05:49 AM.

Well, it's not like it's a GAME. If anything it's a glorified demo. Look at the Bravely Default demo, that shit is 15 fucking hours long... and that was free. |

Unless GZ is playable in TPP, I wouldn't call it a demo of anything. Bravely Default is an RPG; the demo was, like, less than an hour long of content if you set it to easy w/ no encounters, so not sure how or why that comparison was ever made. I guess what I meant was that they're docking alot off the score/writing about it negatively based on it's length and price, rather than or mostly about it's quality as a video game, these same publications that can ignore those conditions in games like Journey, Gone Home, Limbo, etc. and so on, only to contradict that same principle that they had advocated for a set of other titles. I would be surprised if anyone buys Ground Zeroes to play through once, or to not take the time to explore every nook and cranny. That said, I won't object to everything that's being written about GZ. I would need to play it for myself, to be fair. |

I made the comparison because that is free and is longer than most full games. Whereas GZ is $30 and is like 2 hours long at best, replayability isn't going to add much, tbh. |

@mat wait, wasn't the Brave Default demo a non playable area in the full game? Like as much as I hate it.. This is the classic GT thing of making a sweet demo and making you pay for it.. A demo for a game that's over a year away... Or longer if you look at GT5 Prologue... |

This game is getting hammered! But in a good way, they're mostly saying it's too expensive for a 2 hour game, which is a pathetic reason to base a reveiw by. Update: A reviewer said it's too hard.... I can't trust reviews anymore TBH Edited by TheOneEyedHound, Mar 18 2014, 01:35 PM.

Beat it in 88 minutes(B rank) & I was rusty as hell. Edit: It's good, but I can't believe they were going to sell it for 40$! Even 30$ is alot. My girlfriend left to frys when I started playing it.. Shes not even back yet. I'm kinda disapointed, way to short I can't say it enough. I beat it in 84 minutes, and I still didn't explore all that much. Took my time getting used to everything. I don't care what these reviews say, I personally really enjoyed the experience. Love the visuals, the sound, and gameplay. I havent even played any of the side ops yet, and I can tell those are going to be so much fun. It's still weird to hear Kiefer over David as Big Boss. I'm not saying I don't like it, it's still weird though. I still wish the main mission was longer though, they could've done a lot of more with it. The ending was quite intense and leaves you on the edge of your seat. I can't begin to tell you how amped I am for the Phantom Pain, which makes me wish that the early 2015 release is a real thing. I listened to a lot of the cassette tapes and that was really nice. That's a lot of content right there, BUT I feel like all those tapes are just useless to people who aren't huge MGS buffs. Only the hardcore fans (like us) will take the time to listen to every tape. Every review that's a low score is just complaining about the price rather than the game itself. They have every right to complain about the length though, because I agree the length of the main mission is too short, but it doesn't take away how good this game plays. Also, giving a game a bad review because it was too hard? Get the fuck out of here. Anyway, I personally love what I've played so far. It's definitely a new take on MGS and it feels really fresh. OneEyedHound, I couldn't agree more with the length. The main mission is so short. Too freaking short. It was fucking awesome, in terms of gameplay and quality. Now that I know exactly what I have to do, I can see how people were speed running through the main mission in 20 minutes. Although, I'd like to approach it in a different way next time around. Explore the whole base. See every way I can tackle it. I have to say that is a great feeling to have right there. To want to try and see every possible way I can beat the main mission.
