Epsilon shrugs. "That's all history anyway," he says impatiently, "Where are we taking the fight next? We got a plan in mind? I'm all for striking at the belly of the beast." He pauses. "Just point me to where it is, because I haven't a fucking clue actually." He grins sheepishly. "It'll get Maxwell to shut up finally, I can tell you that."

Tsubaki nods. "I agree. The Librarium is no doubt reeling a bit at the moment; a successful strike at Ookoto could break them."

Ragna shrugs.

Rachel's hands tighten on her parasol. "It would not." She says, grim. "Ookuto has activated some kind of defense I have no understanding of - it is, quite simply, gone. I suspect Relius has duplicated the effects of my personal territory somehow, and I cannot penetrate its borders directly. The other NOL branches are empty. They are all moving here. We have too many assets left here, vulnerable, to attack until we shield them in some way."
Class. Dig it up, dust it off, hang that shit crooked on an ear. My halo's a land mine rind, amigo.

Epsilon nods. "So is this going to be a nasty ground war? If they're moving their assets here, we have to fortify Sector Seven and Monoc. Or am I missing the logistics? The NOL is fucking massive, after all. They can't just dump all their troops here out of the blue," he says seriously. He taps his chin pensively, "What do guys make of it? You've had dealings with the NOL or been a part of them. They're still just an army, with men and women to feed and shelter. How do they go about moving into a place like Wadatsumi? This place is pretty fucking crowded."

Tsubaki sighs. "I figure that they will begin with a bombardment from the Air Corps, to break down defenses and clear the streets. Armagus forces will land near the outer rims of the city and then make their way to the center to claim or destroy what they can. All major threats will be dealt with by Zero Squadron, and the Air Corps will remain as cover."

Rachel nods. "The Zero Squadron and Air Corps will be moving much, much faster." she adds. "Avoiding them may be entirely impossible, but I have put plans into motion to counteract such a play should it occur. It may be our best chance to damage the NOL if it occurs. But above all, none of our alliance mut remain within the city by the time the main army arrives. That time limit is absolute."

Epsilon nods grimly. "Alright, so we have to jump ship," he says slowly, "Fuck, Siobhana is not going to be happy with this at all." He taps his foot and asks, "Alright, so what's the plan? I can warn Monoc and get everyone out, because I'm sure they've had an exit strategy from day one. Any mercenary corporation would, but as far as Sector Seven goes...that's going to be an issue. Is Kokonoe planning on evac'ing the entire compound or staying to fight? I can hardly see the wisdom in doing the latter. Unless she's got something to keep the NOL at bay indefinitely."

Rachel inclines her head. "I have already informed Monoc and they have mobilized. I am unsure as to Kokonoe's plan, but it is entirely possible that she may not even be detected - certainly no one has found her yet. The main issue is evacuating all of you, the newest and most vulnerable members of the resistance. Should you make it out safely, I imagine Kokonoe will find a way out for herself."

Ragna nods. "Right. So. Why the hell are me and Tsu here? We ain't throwing ourselves into the middle of that shithole."

After giving him a nudge, Tsubaki says, "We're going to help with the evacuation, correct?"

Epsilon nods at Tsubaki. "That sounds like a good idea," he says quickly, "Rachel, what should I be doing?" He taps his foot. "I could try and head over to Sector Seven and just ask Kokonoe what she plans on doing, although..." He looks up at the sky. "It's three in the morning, so that might not be such a good option. Crazy ex-employee comes knocking at the wee hours of the morning doesn't exactly scream, 'This visit is entirely peaceful.'"
