Name: Yu'kiko Race: Miura Class: Engineer Stats: Cool: 0 Hard: -1 Hot: 0 Sharp: 2 Will: 2 Moves: Feeding the Hoard: At the beginning of the turn, roll+Sharp. On a 10+, hold 3. On a 7-9, hold 2. On a miss, hell, hold 1 anyway. At any time during the turn, you can spend your hold, 1 for 1, to name something you've seen and simply must have. You will find it in your possession before the turn ends. On a miss, the GM can attach strings to anything that does come into your possession. Acquisitive Eye: When you see, hear about, or otherwise come to know of a thing you want, roll+Sharp. On a 10+, you can ask the GM 3 questions from the following list. On a 7-9, ask 2: - How can I make this mine? - Who will stand in my way? - Who will try to take it from me once I have it? - What is this truly worth? Mechanic: You have a workshop, an assistant or two (NPCs – describe them), and a skill for taking apart, putting together, and designing machines. For your workspace, choose three: junkyard, skilled labor, rare materials, high-tech gadgets, a cargo vehicle, darkroom, security, a unique relic JUNKYARD, SKILLED LABOUR, HIGH - TECH GADGETS When you go into your workspace and dedicate yourself to making a thing, or to getting to the bottom of something technological, decide what you’re doing and tell the GM. The GM will tell you “sure, no problem, but…” and then 1 to 4 of the following: - You'll have to add __ to your workspace. - You'll need to figure out __. - You'll need to find __. - It'll cost you – a lot – in wealth and favors. - It's going to take days/weeks/months of work to finish. - You'll be exposing yourself and your companions to serious danger. - It's going to take a few/many/dozens/hundreds of tries before you get it right. - The best you'll be able to manage is a crap version, weak or unreliable. The GM might choose to link these conditions together with 'and', or might throw in a merciful 'or', at his discretion. Automated Turrets: When you set up a defensive turret in battle, you automatically make that position a secure one and you are counted as boosted to defend a secure position. Furthermore, you can defend that position even if you leave it. If you choose to redirect an attack from a person or thing in your position to yourself, you may redirect it to the turret instead, destroying the turret and ending this move. Appraisal: When you read a charged situation, on a hit, in addition to your other questions, you may ask this: - What's the most beautiful, the rarest, or the most valuable thing here? When you read a person, on a hit, in addition to your other questions, you may ask this: - What's the best thing you own, or the best thing you're carrying? Eqipment: - 1 proper weapon Chi'e - Long Range, 3 shock damage, Loud. - 1 small weapon Nat'suo - Close (Wrench), 2 harm damage - 1 set of armor Cloak of many pockets - 1 armour. - tool belt: +1-forward to field-repair finicky technology - hidden pounches: boosted to holdout small items - rope: useful for things rope is useful for - 1-Wealth History: Vincent Ladouceur +1 Eloise Iscariot Goals: Short Term: Medium Term: Make own Airship. Long Term: Prove that Yu'kiko is better then Per'se'phone Advancements: Automated Turrets Appraisal Galatea Get! Edited by Bainick, Jul 17 2014, 04:44 PM.
