By enrolling your organisation with the Good Citizen Listed Status, your Club will be associated with The Kennel Club brand, have permission to host Good Citizen testing sessions, will receive course materials, be included in publicity through the KC database, enquiries and website.
The requirements for each application are:
A minimum of Three Years Instructing Experience.

1. Completion of a Listed Status application form.
2. A letter confirming the applicants training experience, written by an experienced dog trainer, as detailed below:
a) Kennel Club Championship Show Judge
b) Member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers
c) Police or Service Dog Instructor
d) Kennel Club Accredited Instructor/Behaviourist

The reference must include details of the applicants training abilities, how long they have been training dogs for and in what areas , how long have they been involved with the scheme and at what level. Details of how long the applicant has been known to the referee and details of their abilities in instructing others towards the Scheme’s standards. A minimum of three years experience will also be required.

3. A letter written by a local Dog Warden / Environmental Health officer to confirm the safety and suitability of the premise/grounds.
4. Confirmation of the organizations Third Party Liability Insurance
5. Confirmation of the facilities for First Aid

An annual fee of £45.00 is also required.

Breed Clubs have a slightly different set of criteria. I hope this points interested parties in the right direction. :)
