Niha ran from the Aphitheater, going as fast as her legs could take her. The ape rahi was gaining on her, but she would outrun him for a short while.

She reached a large river running through The Grasslands, and tripped. Of all the things that could have happened at the moment, she had to trip. What luck. Before she could raise her spear, the ape grabbed it and flung her with it. The grease that coated the beast got on her, and it felt slimy a reeked of - was she fooling herself? - oil.

Niha knew what she had to do.

"Over here!"

The ape turned to Niha, and charged. Niha got up on one knee and pushed her arms outwards, igniting her palm thrusters.

It was too late for the ape. He saw the flames, the flickering blue orbs of fire. Fear glinted in his eyes as he ran into Niha's arms, which creaked under the force of the running beast. The rahi gave out a startled roar, which turned into a pained shriek, flames engulfing it's body.

After a minute or two, the flames died down, and the ape was nowhere to be seen, incinerated by the fire.

Niha collapsed, half-emerged in the running water of The River.

The Instructor
(( Continued from: http://w11.zetaboards.com/The_Eternal_Game_RPG/topic/8696456/2/#new ))

The Instructor moved through the mud as the rain which fell bounced off harmlessly of his Hardlight Shielding. He heard the moving rapids of the river which was close by, as he moved closer to where he sensed the Heat Flare pop up in the Rivers. He stood as large as the trees, his shiny silver-like armor glooming under the heavy mat of clouds which sheltered him from the sun.

His orange details which illuminated the same color continued to flicker between the bright orange and light blue color—as the Instructor grew weary. His thoughts changed from wanting to rule the world to maintain peace and order, something he thought was the same.

These random flares seemed to pound at his head as well, was he sick? Impossible, his incandescent blood sheltered his physical health from any diseases which may be present in the atmosphere...

Suddenly, a burst of a chilling sensation ran up his spin—his vision blurring a clear blue as he seemed to generate thoughts apart from his own, but from his past.

A recessive trait in the Incandescent Feed...

Finally, his armors detail turned into a light blue color as his eyes dialated from its red state to its original silver state. He seems as if he had just woke up, as he was in a different realm as he examined his surroundings. He walked aimlessly forward, millions of confused thoughts running through his mind as he came up to the banks of the river.

Where he then saw the Toa of Water.

OOC: For you guys who didn't know, the Instructor came across a recessive trait in the Incandescent Feed which runs through his DNA—meaning it is transferring his thoughts prior from receiving the Mutation, rendering him kinder for the time being.

Niha woke up to find a being even larger than the apes stooping over her. He was probably around thirty feet tall, and was pretty much an all-around scary person. Niha frantically backed up, startled, and began to run away.

The Instructor quickly grasped his fist in the direction of Niha, catching her in his own Constraint Field as he lifted her in the air. He relaxed the pressure of the constraint field, not wanting to hurt the Toa as he brought her closer to him. His helmet then fell apart, where the pieces then levitated where over his own head—ready to fall back into their original position when needed.

His head was smooth, though a gash ran across his left eye as silver blood covered the wound. He had silver eyes, and a smooth whitish-grey color symbolized his skin. Navy-blue quills decorated the top and sides of his head, as he seemed to resemble something from ancient times.

"I would believe that would be quite rude to escape the presence of a Grand Lieutenant, Toa of Water... But please answer this: what is going on? For the last sight where I was located existed on the satellite of Thernody..." the Instructor asked, no malicious or rather angered tone present in his voice.

OOC: Meet the Instructor from ages past, Toa of Water...

Niha was scared and curious at the same time. The huge, imposing figure that she remembered was Redrevaic (contestant no. 14) did not show the signs of malice he had just before the games, rather he seemed calming, almost kind. She couldn't move because Redrevaic had enveloped her in some sort of energy field.

He asked her something. He wanted to know why they all were here. Some things were unfamiliar. Satellite? Thernody? She decided to answer his question.

"This is an Eternal Games. For whatever reason, the Ix kidnapped us, and we have to fight to the death until only one person remains. Don't you know? It's been almost three days."

"Three days... But I was warped to this dimension right now—I was making my way to Rate, though everything is a blur from then..." The Instructor said, the four puffs on the sides of his head beating like that of a heart—moving in and out. "Though, the Ix I thought to have defeated... this cannot stand, they must be de-evolutionized once more if what you said is true..."

"I must warn the Council, where is the nearest transet system?" he asked, seemingly confident.

Transit system? What was he thinking?

"Like I said, we're in the Eternal Games. There are no means of travel except by using your own two feet. You can't escape. I'm afraid you have to kill, or you die."

She had to find a way to escape the energy field. Once the giant realized what situation he was in, he may kill her.

"To kill? And without secure reason? This is a violation against the Mantle of Responsibility and must be met with action, at once!" the Instructor claimed, examining the Toa as his armor's illuminated blue detail flickered orange for a brief second.

"Far beyond violation... what has happened to your designated populace, Toa? The Initiator Soceity shall settle this immediently, for this action cannot go un-recorded..."

OOC: Define "designated populace".

OOC: In Initiator Society, a person was based off where they originated. So in your case, your designated populace would be where Niha was created, AKA Daxia. Though this island is unknown to the Instructor.
