((Continued from: The Frantic Toa!)) Keihan ran through the Marsh, not looking where he was going. The rain soaked his armour and made his movement loud. The Toa of Light was also crying. He had just lost his best friend. And it was all his fault. Nalek didn't deserve this. He didn't deserve to die because I stuffed up. I should have done something the moment I felt we were being watched. No, I should have felt the Makuta's presence. Stupid me. How could I have just left him there? I should go back, and bury him. No, that's not possible. I will die if I go back there. That is undesirable. But I can't live knowing I could have stopped Nalek's death. What kind of friend am I? Dammit. No. I can't think like this. I have to focus. Focus or die. That's what that idiot's idea of fun is. Keihan stopped, skidding in the muck beneath his feet. He scanned the area. Nothing. Nothing yet, anyway. Keihan knew just how the Game could turn on end and place you in a bad position. Shrugging off his hate, Keihan walked around the North end of the Marsh. He needed to find a weapon. Anything would do, but ideally something he could manipulate his Light powers with. The Toa of Light wandered around in the near dark. |

Keihan frowned at the announcement. It woke him up. It brought bad his senses with a flood of emotionlessness. Keihan had to keep his head in the game, otherwise he'd end up dead. Shaking his head, Keihan fled the Southern Marsh. He found very idea of killing without cause sickening. He knew he could justify any future killing he might do, but he didn't want to. Keihan wanted proper causes, not just to save his life or to prevent a dangerous situation. The Toa of Light had a broken resolve, but he wasn't giving up.
