Character Gender Identity: If your character identifies as having gender, note that information here.
Character Orientation: While orientation is a wide and convoluted spectrum, give your best guess of their sexual orientation.

For skill formatting, include the number that your skill is rated at, then if you have a specialty, include that in (parentheses). For example,
Brawl 4 (Dick Punching) would indicate that your Brawl skill is 4, but 5 when attempting Dick Punching. If you have multiple Specialties in a specific skill, use multiple sets of Parentheses. If you have the Area of Expertise merit, bold that shit or something, I dunno.

Merits
List your merits and their dot ratings.

Integrity
It's 7 unless you particularly -want- to start the game fucked up. Due to the fast and loose nature of this storytelling system on the boards, things in this department are largely at my discretion.

Experiences
X / Y
Where X is your currently remaining Experiences, and Y is the total number of Experiences you have ever earned with the character.
We'll be using a somewhat fast and loose system for Beats here, as it's almost impossible to tell "session" lengths, so I'll be figuring that out as I go.

Derived Stats:
Health: Stamina + Size (generally 5, unless you have a Merit that says otherwise)
Defense: The lower of Dexterity and Wits, plus Athletics
Speed: Strength + Dexterity + Speed Factor (generally 5, unless you possess the Fleet of Foot merit)
Initiative: Dexterity + Composure

Equipment
Relevant things your character owns. If the character generally keeps said item with them, indicate as such. Not all items need be reflected here (I'm gonna assume you have your keys, your wallet, and clothing, unless otherwise established), but try to pass anything too weird off without listing it and we'll have issues.

A reminder: this game is using the standard Chronicles of Darkness rules. Until otherwise established, there -are no other templates-. No vampires, no werewolves, no magical girls, no aliens, no nothing, this is your first shebang with the supernatural.
You begin play at standard character level. You aren't atrocities of human beings, though, so avoid any 4 or 5 dot skills, though 3 and a specialty is fine, and no limits are placed on Attributes. If you have a specific Merit you desire at over 3 dots for character creation that isn't something inherent to the character you could only acquire at the start (like Giant), be sure to -ask-.

Non-statistical notes you should account for:

You live in Seattle, Washington. Where? Do you have an apartment? A house? Do you live with anyone? Who are they?
Do you have a family? Who are they? Where are they?
Who are your friends? How frequently do you keep in contact?
Do you have a criminal record?
What does your character picture when they imagine a "demon lord", and how strongly do they believe that? Is this based more in a personal religious belief that such a thing could exist, or in a strictly "popular culture" idea of such a thing?
In the event your character were to literally vanish into thin air, and no one was around to see it, how long would it be before someone noticed something was amiss? Who would notice that you were gone first, and what would their assumption be about the explanation? Do you have any dependents, such as children or pets, that would be particularly negatively affected in this event?
