Name: Gad Montinez Age: 36 Sex: Male Theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMnrl0tmd3k Personality/character traits: Gad is fairly impulsive person, though good at taking orders. His impulse control being what it is has led him down the path of addiction twice. For the past 6 years he has been an alcoholic, drinking in heavy amounts regularly, and he's been a smoker since 19, when he first joined the military. Even being a drunkard, when given the chance he does what he believes is right. The military taught him that there is a time and a place for perceptions of 'right' and 'wrong,' and he is very decisive about when to take something as an issue of morality, being a firm believer in his morals and values. He is fairly quiet and reserved, feeling that actions speak louder than words. He finds that his skills and teachings in hunting and the military are often applicable to ordinary life: be quiet, always come prepared, and never take a half-measure. Even then, his reserved nature makes him unlikely to take the initiative on most matters. He prefers to let problems sort themselves out, and people to figure things out how they see fit. Among groups, he tends to stay back and watch the others. That way, he doesn't meddle (which he hates to do) and can drift off into his own thoughts; in fact, this drifting is something he does often. He does it so often that it can be mistaken for a problem with focus. That is untrue, he just becomes fixated on his own ideas to such an extent that he loses sight of what is occurring around him. He isn't very sentimental; family and friends have meaning to him, but not as much as they do to the average person. He isn't particularly religious either, although he sees spirituality in the world around him. Appearance: Gad is 5'9" when standing upright, but his back is often a bit hunched due to his chronic lower back pain from his injury. This makes him appear about an inch shorter. Gad's eyes are a pale gray color, and tend to look unfocused. When he is focused, however, they seem sharp and critical. Gad's skin is of medium color, not particularly dark or light. His hair is thick and black, and he keeps it in a pompadour atop his head. His face sports an above average amount of wrinkles, and his eyes are slightly sunken, dark regions surrounding them. Gad's left brow ridge sports a very old scar that looks completely healed, but is slightly lighter than the rest of his face. Gad has high cheekbones, and the skin on his face seems rather tight, making the bone more prominent than would be expected. His body shows signs of former muscle, but it's obvious he hasn't been working out as much recently; he's nowhere near as in-shape as he once was. His stamina has definitely suffered since his discharge from the military, he weighs a bit more, and his beer gut is a bit more prominent. Nevertheless, the muscle he retains is taut and compact. Gad wears black, leather gloves on his hands in these winter months, along with a thick, brown scar. On his torso he wears a light gray, collared shirt with long sleeves and left-hand-side breast pocket. The pocket of the shirt carries a packet of cigarettes, which causes it to bulge slightly. Along with this shirt he is seen wearing a light red, diagonally striped tie. Over this shirt and tie he wears a brown trenchcoat and, though its pockets are numerous, he keeps them empty. His pants are a similar color of gray to the shirt he wears beneath his coat, and to support the pants he wears a black belt. His socks are black and look very old, a bit frayed, and each has a slight tear on the side that faces out when Gad faces forward. Finally, Gad wears black loafers that look worn and old, with wrinkles along the sides. Backstory: Other: Wallet (Credit card, driver's license, ID, $65.37) Bottle of beer 12 pack of cigarettes (7 smoked) Lighter Old dog tags Edited by Last Starman, Feb 15 2013, 01:42 AM.
