How to Download Processing

Processing is a computer coding language developed in 2001. Its very visual-based and thus good for beginners.

First, go here:

http://processing.org/download/

and download the type that matches your comp.

Open it, and you should have something that looks like this ^^^^^ (if you don't see the display window (the small window), that's okay.) To check that it's working, type this:

in the section the image labels 'text editor.' Then press this button:

Located in the section the first image labeled 'toolbar'. If the display window pops up, that's good. Now, if you want to create a new tab for something, click the arrow to the right-hand side in the section image one labels 'tabs', and then click 'new tab'. Simple.


The reason I created this was because everybody seems to not understand it when I tell them it by shouts. Now there's a topic.
