On earth, Vegeta was able to dish out 133% more power with his Gyarikku-ho. I think his quickly charged ki cannon on Namek didn't have as much force behind it. That could result from the lack of concentration, the lack of training, if it's supposed to be a special move of his; and etc.
Spoiler: click to toggle

We know Vegeta's Gyarikku-ho could have dealt serious damage if he chose to use that attack on Recoom instead, since the gap is small between the Gyarikku-ho's amplification power and Recoom, whom I simply have at 40,000.
Recoom's supposed durability may not be a factor since Jhess and Burter, as Recoom was fighting, had numerous comments to say about his character; they mentioned nothing about his durability or damage resistance.

Vegeta - 30,000
Burst Ki Cannon - 34,500
Gyarikku-ho - 39,900

Recoom - 40,000

Recoom > Gyarikku-ho > Burst ki cannon > Vegeta (at Recoome)

How does that look? Thoughts?

Well, there's also the Kamehameha's 2.22x amp to take into account during Vegeta and Goku's clash, though whether that's effective during Goku's Kaioken use is debatable, since it'd bring his KKx3 KHH above his KKx4's normal power, despite even the triple Kaioken supposedly being too much for his body to handle.

Depending on how you take this, Vegeta's Gyarikku Ho on Goku could be potentially more powerful than Reacoom. Either way, his blast against Reacoom definitely didn't have enough charge time to make it's amp the same level.

Are you talking about the Kamehameha (2.22x) a stack? Yeah, I don't believe in that. The Kaio-ken is a technique that amplifies Goku's power when he triggers it. The Kamehameha is pretty much another technique that amplifies his power as well; only it's used as a weapon instead (i.e, an attack). I'm saying Goku should be able to amplify his own power once with whatever technique he chooses to do so, whether that's the Kaio-ken or the Kamehameha Wave.

Against Vegeta, the Kaio-ken is what did the job then. The Kamehameha should have been a mere ki attack then, since his main concentration was focused on the Kaio-ken part of the attack.

True. I was merely playing devil's advocate with the possibility of the Ki stack.
