Compiled into one post, here are the Inkies Rules:

1. Inkies is a benevolent Dictatorship, with hints of Democracy. All decisions made by yours truly (The Evil Queen) are final and binding. Same goes for all other admin/mod actions which I explicitly or implicitly endorse. Respectful dissent is permitted and even encouraged. However, rebellion against and disrespect to the administration will be ruthlessly punished.

2. Make any questions, complaints, dissents, qualms, et al. regarding administration, policy, board member misconduct, etc. in the Inkies Update thread (where appropriate), or by PMing an administrator or moderator. If you don't, such posts are subject to movement, edit, or deletion without notice. Please attempt to address all issues privately before posting openly, to avoid creating unnecessary drama.

3. No bashing other members. Be nice.

4. No idle chatter. Idle chatter is considered spam. Idle chatter includes, but is not limited to -

~Meaningless posts designed to increase your post count.

~Off topic posts.

~Saying you don't know the answer or have never read something and that's all your post contains.

~One or two word posts

5. Remember to be encouraging in your critique. Do it in love.

6. You must follow the Zetaboards forum rules.

7. One SN change per month, max.

8. Please make an effort to use good spelling and grammar in your posts.

9. We will close topics over 100 pages. After some time, we will send them to Ancient Manuscripts, but, we will leave a link back.

10. No double posting without a darn good reason. The edit button is your friend. If you would like a topic bumped, contact an admin or mod to do it for you.

11. Any writings posted herein are the sole property of the author, and cannot be reproduced in whole or in part without written permission obtained from the same.

Bonfires dot the rolling hills
Figures dance around and around
To drums that pulse out echoes of darkness
Moving to the pagan sound
...
I can see the lights in the distance
Trembling in the dark cloak of night
Candles and lanterns are dancing, dancing
A waltz on All Souls Night

There have been a few updates made to the policies of the forum, of which I would like to inform you. Please avail yourself of re-reading the rules, and reading these policy changes.

Thank you. :)

Policy Changes:

-There shall be no limitations on intro threads
-A few threads will be created that will not be subject to a 90-day cutoff limit. These will include: "Compositions" and "Art" for starters.
-If/when "fantasies" occur in threads that involve several people online at once, rapidly posting, etc., once it dies down a mod or admin will split those topics into a separate topic so as to not offend or confuse anyone, and keep these topics on-topic.
