But, this is roleplay and it's creative. MT is anything that is feasible in the real world, and using real world systems you could make a nation like mine that would function. |

If the State pays for all the food, housing, and clothing of the soldier and yet the soldier gets no pay where is the money to do this? Your nation has no way to pay for this. It certainly can't get the stuff for free, thats no feasible. Your Defense budget isn't nearly large enough to accommodate that, and if you did you would run into the dilemma of upgrading weapons, as you wouldn't have the money to do it with all of your money barely scraping by the food, housing and clothing conditions alone. Your Economy nor your budget can sustain that type of spending. Where does this money come from? The only budget large enough to supply this would either come from your Law & Order or your Defense. Using either one means your internal police force is either non-existent, and even by that ill-equipped or your Defense force is ill-equipped with low morale. Your soldiers can be that large, but in turn their training must be terrible along with their morale. They must essentially be a large, ill-equipped, under-trained, low morale militia. Frankly to say your Defense Force would get trampled by a nation like Saxoiy or I |

There is no money in Nep's nation. The entire nation is basically one giant vertically integrated corporation. Everything from raw materials to food to manufactured goods is created by the government and supplied to its citizens. There is no private sector; everybody works for the government and the government creates everything its people need. People don't get paid in money they get paid in goods.
Neplesia's in-game budget has no impact on his Roleplaying budget. Nep said that everybody in his nation is in the army but only 1/10 is an active soldier. Maybe some of the population is Military Police who act the same as normal police but with military grade weapons. |

I think Basra hit the nail on the head with his description of Neplesia. |

Lol 72 million soldiers in mine receive about 3.3 mil each Anyways as for Nep he can outline his country as he wishes but keep in mind, he's outlined his nation as an extremely low personal freedom nation. This means revolts and internal conflicts are extremely possible, and probably since his population is highly trained in military tactics any revolt would be highly skilled and difficult to put down. You say his methods are broken? I say he leaves himself open for internal discord and revolution with little chance to suppressing them. Nothing Nep says would mean that he is invulnerable to such events, just means you gotta work on that

Ruescher brings up some good points. Neplesia is still a working nation despite those obvious flaws due to propoganda, religious discipline, and a warlike culture. On top of that personnel get what they need to survive, and a job to work at. |

I'm not sure but if a territory map isn't created within the next five days I'll be doing my own rendition of it. |

Sounds good, because I can't really plan anything without knowing how I'll be placed on the map
