I've read so many mangas, but I've always remembered the first one that brought me into the manga world, which then brought me into scanlations lol That first manga happened to be Cat Street (anyone read it?) It's such a good story, and one of the plotlines that isn't cliche. Loved it, totally deserved the 5 stars I gave it in my head.

What about yours?

Mine was Naruto. For some reason, at that time, I thought it was the only manga that existed.

Rai - Wahh! So glad you read it. It was an amazing manga, and I've never found another plotline similar to it. I didn't even see her being paired up with him XD And I think I've read that cause the title is familiar, but nothing comes to mind XD

Tea - lol Trust me, I thought Pokemon was the only anime that has ever and will probably exist XD

I've read Black Cat first, way before I discovered its anime adaptation. TT_TT I wish I knew about the anime beforehand. I really like watching the anime first, then after catching up with the anime, I go read the manga from the start to see the difference.

I've read Black Cat and I liked it a lot! :) I've never read Cat Street or A Kiss to My Prince, so I'll have to check those two out.

my first manga to ever read was vampire knight...
I loved the anime, and got a bit annoyed with the cliff-hanger ending, and so I searched of it :3
and I love it... :D

The first one I read was oh! my goddess volume 2.... As you can guess it was a little confusing and not really my kind of manga (at that age) The manga series that started me on reading manga 'properly' would have to be SGT Frog

Well mine foundation to mangas is totally different from everyone's foundation to mangas. Mine was starting from the beginning of chinese manhua, Lao Hu Zi (Old Master Q), well typically its a comedy type. I've always loved to read this type of genre and i laugh out about that quite a number of times. Then after that, i began to discover about animes through the usage of television channel, Astro, channel Animax. After that, i got caught up onto Naruto.

Tea: same as ur interest on Naruto.

Then, i took up my interest on Black Cat anime.

Tea and frostheart07: pretty interesting ones bout the anime.

Apperently, after Black Cat, i was happened to be introduced into the world of Vampire Knight by my fellow classmate, Sylvia. She lend me her Vampire Knight mangas. I enjoyed them most of the time.

Queen Destiny: you're right bout the ending part.

After Vampire Knight, i discover a way of watching animes and reading more mangas is through our most widely use network community famous among people around world, the internet. And that's also how i ended up discovering about scanlation groups. Now i'm really appreciate my moment staying in here. :)
