Race: Hylian

Age: She is 22 years old.

Gender: Female

Appearance:
-General- Celia is a somewhat short, curvy young woman. She is beautiful is a classic sort of way, with voluptuous hips and bust and a small waist, giving her an hourglass shape. Her skin is pale, but not so much that it seems ghostly. She has a round face that is naturally attractive, as well--the women around her are often jealous or say that she is blessed with natural beauty.
-Height- 5'2"
-Weight- Approximately 132 lbs.
-Hair- Her hair is a muted blonde, with some lighter highlights throughout. She wears it down and lets it grow long, but when she paints, she ties it back into a simple, elegant ponytail.
-Eyes- A dark, stormy gray color. Her eyes sparkle with mirth and intelligence when one looks into them and reminds one of a thunderstorm when she is angered.
-Attire- She would love to wear dresses and finer things, but she simply does not have the luxury. For now, her outfits are either simplistic and drab, threadbare dresses, or simple shirts and leggings that have no exciting colors. She often has paint on her hands from all the work she does with them.

Personality:
-General- She is generally bubbly and flirtatious. Celia has a huge appetite for life, including art, culture, men, fine clothing and items, as well as relationships with those around her. She does not bed men on a regular basis, however, choosing to keep her reputation intact.
Celia is not very easy to anger; however, if one says something to hurt her feelings, she may harbor some animosity towards them for a while. Things that do anger her include assaults upon her person or insults to her family, as well as people who choose to limit her own freedoms.
Celia, while normally polite and friendly, speaks her mind openly about things she has a strong opinion about. This can get her into trouble sometimes, but she is normally very diplomatic about the way she argues her point. She is fairly open-minded and will listen to others, as well, taking their experiences into account.
She is not extremely athletic, though she could survive on the woods if she absolutely had to by using her intelligence and creativity. She prefers a more sedentary, scholarly life, and reads books whenever she can get her hands on them. Celia spends her time painting and selling her paintings, which makes her a very poor citizen in general.
-Ethics- Celia values freedom more than anything else, and believes that people should be allowed to speak their minds and express themselves how they wish. She also thinks that equality is important, and tries her hardest to overcome her own stereotypes she has of races.
-Likes- Finery, art, books and knowledge, friendly or talkative people, people who stop to have an intelligent debate with her on occasion, her cat
-Dislikes- She does not like men who are too forward, women who are two-faced, or having her freedom stamped upon. She also hates grapefruit, as a side note.
Flaws: Celia can be a bit of an odd bird at times. She goes from one emotion to the other very quickly and almost always makes people think she's gone just a tad crazy from being alone too long. For example, she can appear soft-spoken and 'hippie'-esque, speaking about her art and how it makes her feel or her ideas about life in general; she can also appear hyperactive sometimes, creating art with 'organized chaos' or doing things in a quirky sort of fashion.
This makes her less than popular around others, though a very small amount of people think her eccentricity can be charming.
She is also quite useless in a fight or a battle, having no actual physical strengths besides that of an average sedentary artisan.

Strengths: Her ingenuity and beauty get her places, giving her that extra drink at the local tavern or perhaps a few extra paintbrushes from a vendor. She charms people easily with her bubbly personality, even if sometimes they are put off by her quirkiness. Celia's quick thinking and intelligence keep her out of bad situations, as well, and she often thinks of brilliant compromises for people involved in arguments.

Weaknesses: Sedentary and not physically fit at all. If she was forced to be alone to fight a monster, she would not survive unless she came up with a way to escape. She can't do magic, either, making her a 'damsel in distress' in the midst of battle.

Character Concept: A sedentary but very intelligent young woman with an affinity for the arts. She is strong and independent, but peace-loving, believing in freedom and equality. She can hold a grudge but she is generally quirky, flirty, and charming. Celia has a way with words and her body, and can charm her way into and out of a lot of situations.

History: Celia lived in a port town, surrounded by ships and ports her entire young life. Her father left on a ship one day and never returned, too in love with the sea to become a true father to her or a husband to her mother. She was always a sort of quirky dreamer and picked up painting by the waterside; ships became a common object in these paintings. However, she quickly grew tired of seeing the same things over and over again, and longed to leave her mother’s home to find her own way in a bigger and more diverse city.
Her only regret is leaving behind a younger sister, who was approximately six years younger than herself.
