Hi Eastside Johnny. Welcome to our humble board. I don't mind admitting that we like to see when someone dives right in to work out how to get pictures showing.

When you post an image here as an attachment, the image will not show up, inline, within your post as you have probably seen others do.

To make the image visible from an attachment, you need to go back and edit the post using the link address for the attachment and image tags. There is an example of how this is done here http://w11.zetaboards.com/The_Slot_Lodge/single/?p=9013038&t=10195770.

It's kinda klunky and lacks grace! What most of the guys here have chosen to do instead is open a free account with one of the many 3rd party picture hosts. The most commonly used one is PhotoBucket. Getting your images to show from within PhotoBucket is quick and easy and a quide to the method can be found here http://w11.zetaboards.com/The_Slot_Lodge/topic/10154744/.

Feel free to try the method by using attachments if you are more comfortable with that but honestly, PhotoBucket (or similar) makes the process pretty simple. Let us know how you get on please.

Cheers,
Michael.
