Here's the kit and here's where I'm going with it. The bigger wheels came from an R/C car.

I had to cut away a majority of the inner fenders at all 4 corners. This has to be done in order to accommodate these large wheels and allow them to turn.

Still working on re-routing the exhaust pipes. They will no longer fit under the rear axle so I brought them out before the rear wheel. Next I'll be trying to get the headers connected.

I found a new paint stripper. Pleasant smell and safe on the lungs. The best part, available at all Dollar Tree Stores.
