Love that Gremlin - bet no-one else ever came up with that before (or since). A true original, and beautifully done. Keep posting - they're inspiring!

That's a great Gremlin. Your dad was a master crafter. HWP was right, this thread is very inspiring. Can't wait to see what else you have in the museum!

Well my friend, you learned at the feet of a master, and the nut didnt fall from the tree. Bless you and yours Bob.

We can see where you get your attachment to gold metallic, that Willys is most inspiring indeed. The El Camino looks suspiciously like one of those Car Dealer promotional giveaways. I had a few as a kid, and the construction/assembly is reminiscent ... but I have been wrong before, and slept since then.

Thanks again everyone...

Bill,

You may be right about the Car Dealer Promo as my Dad could find stuff if it was out there.

If you look at this window wing post on the Passengers side you can see that a little Mouse
(lets call him Gerald) ,in one of my Dads garages, wanted to sleep in the back of QUADZILLA
but, didn't make it in. Wheeeew...that could have been tragic for this Hilltop-Yellow van.

I had to give these tires a good toothbrush scrub as Gerald sure could lift a leg. Bad Mouse but, it's all good now.

Bob...Gerald could have gotten Lead Poisoning?...zilla
