17 on target and we still cannot beat a Barnsley side at home, who today dropped into the bottom 3. All after we took the early lead. Not good enough really. I'm interested to hear from people who went today on what went wrong. |

Me too - 25 shots to 5 according to the stats I was looking at with 17 to 3 on target. The BBC report said it was 1 way traffic. I suppose these games happen & for the whole 2nd half it seemed to have home defeat all over it & falling even further of the top 2, but the Vardy goal & last minute Blackpool equaliser puts a much better spin on the afternoon. (As does Selby's 6-2 lead )

We went 1-0 deservely so and then seemed to stop playing a la Derby and Forest, no movement off the ball and then gifted them a goal. We gave them the confidence that they had lacked till then. When we scored we all thought we were on for another 6 as we'd totally bossed the game, I don't think they'd got out their own half at that point. King was awol and Morgan was playing as a midfielder for the last 20. Millwall & Cardiff coming up, I can see us being 13 points adrift. |
