I'm still working on this, but it's just an idea that we can have teams based on weight classes...I'm not sure if it should be every team sticks with the same weight class or every team has something from every weight class (I guess both could work)...We'll have to see how balanced it'd be in the end... Theyd' be separated by: Lightweight... Cruiserweight... Middleweight... Heavyweight... Superheavyweight... Anyway, numerically, this is how they stack up (I'm not bothering with pokemon that are in their first of three stages of evolution, I'll type in the Ubers for now, too, we'll work on weeding out the useless later, and see how to divide the weight classes, if they have a later evolution in the same weight spread, I ignored it as well, all of this is off Bulbapedia, feel free to help, just remember that this isn't meant to work completely like weight classes in real life, but trying to base it on reasonable viability): 0-22 lbs: Haunter, Rotom, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Joltik, Diglett, Castform, Koffing, Chimecho, Foongus, Jirachi, Shedinja, Swablu, Drifloon, Manaphy, Yamask, Sunkern, Barboach, Woobat, Chatot, Spearow, Natu, Roselia, Murkrow, Shaymin, Kricketot, Taillow, Shuppet, Exeggcute, Sewaddle, Jumpluff, Phione, Togetic, Dratini, Cherubi, Rattata, Masquerain, Qwilfish, Pachirisu, Glameow, Shellder, Ditto, Mew, Seedot, Victini, Lillipup, Meowth, Plusle, Minun, Mismagius, Shroomish, Unown, Corsola, Celebi, Treecko, Spinda, Shaymin (Sky), Venipede, Paras, Jigglypuff, Nincada, Combee, Buneary, Ducklett, Bellossom, Karrablast, Pikachu, Sentret, Smoochum, Shellos, Weepinbell, Krabby, Cubone, Eevee, Wormadam, Meloetta, Whimsicott, Ekans, Finneon, Pineco, Swadloon, Feebas, Clefairy, Omanyte, Cinccino, Shelmet, Snubbull, Duosion, Spinarak, Marill, Sunflora, Wooper, Drilbur, Cubchoo, Gloom, Luvdisc, Teddiursa, Elgyem, Cherrim, Weezing, Vullaby, Wingull, Archen, Metapod, Vulpix, Kakuna, Magikarp... 22.1-33.1: Purrloin, Pawniard, Gulpin, Voltorb, Pansage, Swoobat, Amoongus, Rufflet, Ledyba, Houndour, Skitty, Sableye, Pansear, Stunfisk, Meditite, Kabuto, Aipom, Cascoon, Mawile, Corphish, Patrat, Scraggy, Sandshrew, Wigglytuff, Chinchou, Remoraid, Ninjask, Skorupi, Venomoth, Anorith, Banette, Timburr, Zorua, Ivysaur, Mime Jr., Lampent, Flaaffy, Panpour, Poochyena, Dunsparce, Wynaut, Sigilyph, Galvantula, Roserade, Dwebble, Herdier, Farfetch'd, Goldeen, Xatu, Drifblim, Bonsly, Tranquill... 33.2-44.1: Electrike, Vibrava, Victreebel, Staravia, Bayleef, Delibird, Servine, Lilligant, Dragonair, Tirtouga, Snorunt, Palpitoad, Zigzagoon, Volbeat, Illumise, Basculin, Gothorita, Raticate, Vileplume, Ferroseed, Charmeleon, Growlithe, Quilava, Stunky, Nidorino, Machop, Combusken, Deerling, Psyduck, Swellow, Ninetales, Nidorina, Poliwhirl, Bidoof, Mienfoo... 44.2-55.1: Reuiniclus, Kirlia, Riolu, Ambipom, Shuckle, Leavanny, Altaria, Carvanha, Tyrogue, Hoothoot, Baltoy, Grovyle, Kecleon, Monferno, Eelektrik, Wartortle, Lanturn, Gorebyss, Prinplup, Croagunk, Mothim, Munna, Relicanth, Elekid, Whiscash, Lileep, Numel, Lumineon, Swanna, Happiny, Jolteon, Dewott, Staraptor, Seadra, Flareon, Croconaw... 55.2 to 66.1: Accelgor, Kricketune, Leafeon, Glaceon, Espeon, Froslass, Umbreon, Huntail, Carnivine, Watchog, Honchkrow, Mankey, Sneasel, Marshtomp, Nuzleaf, Pellipper, Simisear, Maractus, Beautifly, Azumarill, Wobbuffet, Octillery, Larvesta, Vaporeon, Simipour, Unfezant, Beedrill, Sandslash, Parasect, Buizel, Blitzle, Gastrodon, Pidgeotto, Raichu, Venonat, Ponyta, Muk, Electabuzz Scrafty... I only combined the first 2 categories (from Bulba) so far, because they were obvious, but I didn't add in any others just because I realized we're gonna need an idea of how many pokemon are within smaller ranges...I think it's safe to probably combine everything up to 55.1 or 66.1, but here's the link http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_Pok%C3%A9mon_by_weight... What do you think?...Obviously, there will be advantages and disadvantages, which is why I'm not sure if we should have it that you stick within the same weight class for your whole team or have 6 pokemon from different weight classes or whatever... |

Neat idea, but it needs more development before we try it out. |

Definitely, I'll add to it more tomorrow, once I get all the FE pokemon in, I'll work on the exact weight class separations...Is there a better place to post this while it's only a prototype?... |
