Tired of meandering her life away at a dead-end job & amongst a group of peers who lack her zeal for Hollywood stardom, the hopeful young starlot Sarah takes it upon herself to test her resolve by withstanding whatever drastic measures are required of her when she finds herself in the company of the elite Astraeus Pictures production company, unaware of their ulterior motives.

Still probz my fav 2014 horror film. It flew so much under the radar, despite me keeping up w/ it until it released, so I definitely think it deserves a chance if ppl haven't watched yet.

And you are... a zombie bride?
I sat on this one for way too long. The Harvey Weinstein scandal inspired me to watch it, and I loved it. Alex Essoe was outstanding as the protagonist, the look and style of the film were gorgeous, and it gets downright fucked-up in its portrayal of the lengths people will go to live the Hollywood dream. It may not be my favorite horror film of 2014, but that's more on account of the fact that the competition in that year is so tough. And even then, it's up there.

My full review is here.

It definitely sounds like the Pet Sematary remake is in good hands if they've got the makers of this film behind it.

As long as the studio doesn't screw them over during production
