"Grace Potter and the Nocturnals is an American rock band from Vermont. Formed in 2002 in Waitsfield, VT, they began their career as an indie band, self-producing their albums and touring extensively in the jam bands and music festivals circuit, playing as many as 200 gigs in a year. In 2005 they signed for Hollywood Records; they have published four studio albums, encompassing rock subgenres such as blues rock, folk rock, hard rock, and alternative rock. Their third, self-titled album (2010) has been a major commercial success, topping iTunes charts and receiving international attention."

Yeah, that's from Wikipedia. Yeah, I'm too lazy to write my own descriptions. Whatchagondo? Nothin'. Mmmmhmm.

Hard to find non-live versions of the rest of their best songs on Youtube for some reason, but those (along with Turntable) are probably my three favorite songs by them. Stars especially really hits home with me for a couple reasons.

Anybody else like them? Anyone just hear about them and decide to listen to the above songs?

Sweet bb jesus on a hot 2 dollar biscuit this band slays so hard it's not even hilarious duff. Seriously though, they're probably gonna my new fav of the month. The way gPot's voice lends itself so smoothly with the folk-like tunes is so orgasmic that it's. Well, orgasmic pff.

Gradually moving on their earlier work, but for now, it's The Lion The Beast The Beat. Just ugh, from the intro song and beyond it's such pure chill goodness that you can't help but groove with her swag.

Highlights off of the new album are deff: "Parachute Heart", "Stars", "Loneliest Soul" and "Roulette". But every single one is amazing in it's own way.

Ya'll need to get on this bands dick, pronto.
My tit.

I AGREE WITH ALL OF THAT. SO MUCH OF IT.

Though you have neglected to mention Turntable which is the only blatantly-filled-with-unsubtle-sexual-references song that I have ever enjoyed. It's so catchy.
