| Welcome to our site. Why are you even here?! Don't you know that THIS WAY LIES MADNESS?! Only the most depraved, crazed lunatics dwell here; you have reached the lowest of low points on the Internet! The most legendary, but worst RP forum has revived once more, its id in full control of the reins as its most insane members have created the only logical conclusion of what could result from then! Only read these forums and join if you are just as insane and enjoy tons of sperging, lunacy, non-sequitur dialogues about pants, and long walks on the beach. PS: Don't be an idiot :V |

The rules of this RPG, in general, are incredibly simple. Rules that apply for every part of the board are as follows... ... What, you thought we'd put a table of contents there for you to search through? This isn't complicated, just read through everything once and you're probably just fine. Don't be a shitpimple. This means have at least some decent measure of respect for one another in your interactions. We're not here to compete with one another, we're not here for any reason other than to have fun. The Staff aren't here to act the way a normal Staff member would; more than anything, this board is for a very specific group of people that want to get together and play with one another. All of us, including the Staff, might be identified as complete social misfits. We're part of a much older board that does not exist any longer, but is being brought back to a small degree here in a completely different manner, and matters of 'fairness' are considered much differently than on other boards. Don't complain about Staff decisions. It's our opinion that the above rule is enough to govern this place as-is. If you do something that they decide to take action on, then roll with it. First and foremost, their existence is meant to add some semblance of order to everything here. If you get offended by anything we say, leave, because none of us care. As long as members put a tag in front of the thread's title that states if there's any rather risque or otherwise content, we don't care what you do in a thread. Explore the themes and stories that you want to. Basic roleplaying rules: you should already know these. If you don't already know how to roleplay halfway decently, ask someone else how not to be a twatwaffle and they'll do what they can to help you out, assuming you still want to stay here. Combat rules: not much. Fight like civilized men, women and whatever else you consider yourself to be. There's no measures of damage, there's no stats, there's just roleplaying. A few different things such as Elements and the like exist as a little bit of extra detail. Embrace the freedom. Don't be a dick and that's all. If you need more instruction, ask for help, or don't. Elemental Affinities: we care about rules so little that this isn't even being categorized. Eat your heart out :spergin: NetNavis can have 'affinities' for different elements that might give them something in the way of extra thematics or something to focus on. In the past, we might have a long-detailed explanation of them and what they do. Instead, this will be defined by how the player wants to make it work for themselves, how their character's strengths and weaknesses interact with them. Players work together to define concrete effects on one another. Instead, have a list of current Elemental Affinities: Elements More elements may be added at random or by players if they want to define new ones. Don't think too much about it. Be free! Panels and Distance: Everyone knows about Panels. The cornerstone of the Megaman Battle Network combat system. In this game, as we play completely freeform, Panels are used as a measuring unit. One Panel equals a one meter by one meter square. On top of that, Panels are used as differing types of terrain in the area with different effects on those that stand on them, listed here: Panel Types BattleChips: Everyone loves 'em, everyone wants 'em. In previous and other forum RPs, there might be some rather complex rules as to how to obtain them, how to use them, and the like. While we have a few, there aren't that many. Any chips listed in the 'Core BattleChips' thread are freely available. There will be created Chips that may not be part of the Core, that have obtain conditions, mostly for fun. These can be listed as obtained in your Signature. Players create 30-chip Folders for their characters. These Folders can be changed from topic to topic at one's whim. You can even keep these Folders in your Signature if you want. Or not, who really cares. Just don't be a dick and switch Folders during a battle. Remember the Golden Rule: don't be a shitpimple. 4 Mega-class Chips and 1 Giga-class Chip are able to be included in any Folder. You slot in up to 5 BattleChips per Custom. MegaChips count as two Chips for a Custom. GigaChips count as your entire Custom. Unless stated otherwise, using a chip uses it up for that fight. Customs last a set amount of turns. When a battle starts, you can consult this old as hell, handy chart from the old days as to how it works: Turn 1 - Chips downloaded. Custom is at 1. Turn 2 - Custom is at 2. Turn 3 - Custom is at 3. Turn 4 - Custom is at 4. Turn 5 - Custom is at 5. Turn 6 - Custom is at 6. Turn 7 - Custom is at 7. Turn 8 - Custom Gauge is full. Turn 9 - Chips can be downloaded, or Custom can remain full. There are even some handy Custom Gauge emotes you can use to keep track of your Custom! Please do so at the end of each post. Program Advances: By loading a certain combination of Chips(listed in the Program Advances topic) in a certain order in your Custom, you can create a powerful Program Advance! These are extremely powerful and cause a large deal of strain on both your Navi and even the server that you're on. Only one of these may be used in a combat topic by your Navi, as any more than that would be catastrophic. As such, however, they allow you to wield enormous amounts of power at the cost of using up quite a bit of your own in the process. Please look forward to them! :V Edited by Infiniti, Jul 12 2016, 12:11 AM.
