I was given Mainstreet website so we can log Service request online - I wasnt aware we could do that until the last HOA meeting - others may have known about this but I thought I would share the website: http://www.mainstreetmanagementllc.com Per Mainstreet ---- submit a “Service Request”. This goes directly into [Stefanie Sanders at MSM's] mail box as well, but it asks all of the necessary questions to be processed and creates a case for you.
