Executives:

Chairman: This position cannot be applied for, since he is the region's Founder aka, The Trade Federate Chairman of Trade and Commerce. He is responsible for most of the decision-making process and can veto any decision at any time. (Unless the majority of the board counter veto his decision; then there will be a re-vote with the entire region) If he is currently unavailable (he must state that he will be on hiatus), then the executive powers and responsibilities of the Chairman will pass down to the viceroy.
Viceroy: Similar to a CEO/President, the viceroy is mostly responsible for the region's activities and is the top representative of the Trade Federation. Although he is a top head, he is no higher than the Chairman, who he must report and consult to, along with the rest of the board, before the viceroy can make the final decision. If the Chairman is unavailable, the viceroy and the board must make a decision that will best implement a solution.

The Board of Directors:
Members of the board are appointed by the Chairman, who choose those who are capable for the position and best see fit. They assist the Chairman and the Viceroy when it comes to making decisions.

Chief Operating Officer: Charged with managing the region's day-to-day affairs, the COO usually reports directly to the viceroy and is similar to a vice president. Also known as the Chief Interior Officer.
Chief Financial Officer: The CFO is responsible (directly or indirectly) for almost all of the region's financial matters and keeps track of the region's stocks and economy. Also known as the Treasurer.
Chief Officer of Federated Security: Head of the Trade Federate Defense Forces and in charge of regional security, internally and externally.
Chief Communications Officer: Main priorities of a CCO includes recruiting and conducting diplomatic missions to other regions. Also known as the foreign adviser or head ambassador.
Chief Information Officer: the head of the TF intelligence agency, the CIO is responsible for conducting internal & external affairs and gathering information from various sources for the purpose of enhancing the Trade Federation.
Secretary: The region's Secretary is in charge of maintaining and keeping records and documents.

*Note: Positions' descriptions and roles can be altered at any time, if necessary. Such necessary changes are usually revisions.
