There might have been some saving grace had it been remotely funny, but it was rather pathetic really. Rather like those who giggle at it behind the bike shed.

Surely this inanity belongs in the jokes subforum, where we could have great fun cutting and pasting words from your own posts to make you look a complete fool too

This was the actual Cameron speech:

It's political commentary imo, and it's only failing is that it didn't go far enough.

I'm sure Casetteboy knows the libel laws and made sure he was on solid footing ..... though proving that Tories are a party of 'Mother-*uckers' could be a bit harder to establish than is "giving power to the tycoon in the glass tower".

!mod!

I have a life to lead, beer to drink, music to listen to ... and there is a weekend of all three coming up

SOMETHING tells me there's something not entirely right about this thread.

But life is too bloody short to go trawling through ancient threads to work out what gives

SO

All of you ... pack it in

Satire has been a valid form of political commentary since 2,000 years before the time of Decimus Junius Juvenalis.

If it was satire it belongs in the jokes sub forum

Sadly some ^^ seem to have been gullible enough to believe it.

There's a world of difference between genuine political satire and "knock, knock....".

Sadly some people can't tell that difference.

You cannot logically jump to such a conclusion. Your lobotomy might have been to remove the pre-programmed loony left mantra. Who knows, certainly you would not.

Well, you've shown that I know more than you regardless of the above. But I'd rather have a lobotomy than a brain stuffed to the brim with right-wing propaganda !bgrin!

Yep that's where it should have gone the joke section, some are not concerned about Cameron's speech, only what they spout
