The "heralded" title that so perplexed me was, and listen to this........STRATEGIC DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE??????????? Now, if anyone can define this non job for me I would be very much obliged, I have not yet found out how much remuneration the job warrants, nonetheless, have a listen to the following if you have a spare five minutes and also a written report after that. Words fail me on this one. What about the needs of the Caribbean Gay Lesbian Community? Why have they been ignored? What this shows is that there is still plenty of fat yet to be cut out. Far too much social Engineering going on and insufficient self help. The State has usurped the responsibility of individuals to consider what is best for them, it proscribes and this is at the nub of our social malaise.

I am surprised, given it appears every local authority has one, that the Tax Avoiders Alliance has not been all over it like a rash with much ranting in the Torygraph.
