LINK It has to be asked, what are Labour for if it is going to match the Tory budget programme? They now promise to stick to current Coalition plans so what are the offering? Maybe they think they can offer an experienced Management Team that can stimulate the economy and hold a tighter grip on State spending? Makes one want to laugh. Let's get real, without a programme of increases in State expenditure coupled with a programme of social engineering to make us fit their mould there is absolutely no point in Labour. |

In 2004 this group of people began their important early education between 1984-1993. The product of teaching assistants, shared text books, and low moral in the teaching profession. |

Yes, Thatcher made a bad situation worse. 1985: Thatcher snubbed by Oxford dons "Oxford University has delivered a stunning snub to the Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher by refusing her an honorary degree. Academics have led a campaign against honouring Mrs Thatcher in protest against the government's cuts in funding for education. The vote against the prime minister was much higher than expected 738 to 319 and was greeted with cheers by students who handed in a 5,000 signature petition. It means she becomes the first Oxford-educated prime minister since the war to be denied the honour". |
