I first used it on the forum in early August. JofG then added it as a standard emoticon Where I copied it from it is used to suggest that a poster has made a joke only they find funny or posted an opinion no one else supports. I guess there's no rule that such has to be the meaning. |

After deleting all of the content it seemed fitting ie nothing here ..but that only fitted if you knew there was something previously there. I like it anyway
