If I see another damn new thread about the High Court . . .; (unnecessary topic duplication)

So we have a long standing thread about the High Court challenge and decision re government/Parliament rights re triggering Article 50

And we have a rule 8 that says (prohibited) disruptive content includes "unnecessary topic duplication"

Yet today I have over and over again had to merge new threads on the same topic

Is it too much to ask PLEASE to take a look at the current Active Threads before starting a new one? It really is very discourteous to start threads that would leave members pertinent posts marooned.

so if I see another unnecessary one it will be that OP that gets marooned

Rant over (for now)

You need to move the thread into Politics then, the topic is about local politics.

Well convention is unless it's clearly wrong then it stays where it was placed by the OP

But since he's on a flounce yes I will move it

So it's now in Politics

and I guess some will now say it should be in Law

imho the old forum and this have far far too many sub forums as a decent thread will always impinge on multiple of the sub-forum themes. They seem to be a tribute to the late Richard Bryers character in Ever Decreasing Circles.
