Tusk is a player but has nothing like the supporting power of those in the OP. Juncker is just an embarassing joke and Erdogan not much more. Here's my take re the OP Trump: dangerous and manipulatable. Scary. Putin: nasty but a very clever bastard who knows how to play in the big league Xi: not an international player of any note, may become so but hopefully not |

Interesting analysis..... though I might put it a different way.... Trump: Front of stage, in the spotlight, full of drama. Putin: Behind the scenes, quietly pushing buttons. Xi: Has purchased the theatre ! Edited by RoofGardener, Apr 8 2017, 06:38 PM.

Xi's activities in the South China seas could lead to serious disputes in the future. I believe that Xi is the first Chinese president to put Chinese troops on another continent (Africa). IMO all three are out of the same stable. They appear do what they want to do regardless of any international agreements. Will they cancel each other out or will there be future disruptions between the big three ? Edited by C-too, Apr 8 2017, 09:30 PM.
