I can only reflect that amongst the various catastrophes in the news at the moment, the only problem I have currently is for some unknown reason there is no UHT skimmed milk available locally. (Mind you the former could be the cause of the latter.)

Smurfy - Try ASDA, I get my UNT Semi-skimmed from them, and they also seem to have full skimmed.

As for disaster, plague and famine, well much of it is down to human behaviour, aggravating nature a tad.

The nearest ASDA is a 40 mile round trip.

No UHT Skimmed Milk you say?

Lucky bugger.

I'd rather drink my own sweat than drink UHT Milk.

Over the years I've developed a taste for a certain brand Iranian coffee mate which is only available from remote villages located in the state of Kermanshah, as you can imagine I distraught at the prospect of having to use mere gold top in my beverage.

Given the recent earthquake which has devastated that area, I suspect it will not be available at all for some time.

Don't worry Steve, gold top isn't as bad as I'd thought.

;-)

UHT skimmed milk supply restored. Why the lack of supply for several days still a mystery.
