Donald trump agrees that there was Russian interference in the election, but he says it did not influence the outcome of the election.

No influence on the outcome because he says so !jk! IMO he has exposed his Mr Smart Mouth immaturity.

China has enough nukes.
No functioning state is going to use nukes, it's bad for business, how can you have slaves if they are all dead and also would make terrible farmland if everything radioactive. >:D
So Dan, the big question to be asked right now is.....is NK a functioning state?

No, not even close, I'm surprised they can even afford these tests, I am guessing China might be involved using them to test designs or at-least supplying them with raw materials.

They was a picture showing some of their people, much smaller then other Asian people probably due the constant food shortages.

It's sad it has to exist, but no-one want's the upset the big daddy, China, they make everyone's iPhones, don't you know, people would br so upset if they said no, a few suffering in NK, who care's got the latest gadget.

I don't think China would tolerate a western intervention in NK which has a border with China. Chinese troops fought western troops the last time North Korea invaded the South.

After Trump's action in Syria I wonder if either China or N/Korea are having second thoughts about what is going on in N/Korea.

Hmm, I wonder if Trump would consider sending missiles into North Korea ?

So is Trump going to sack his idiot Press secretary Sea Spicer whose latest offensive idiocy was to deny that Hitler used gas on Jews

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-39572902
Sean Spicer

We had someone as despicable as Hitler who didn't even sink to using chemical weapons . . .

He apparently then went on to say it was OK as Hitler didn't gas his own people thereby describing German jewish victims as non people

Seeing as how Trump is Pro Israel, I think that the adjective of "idiot" is vastly understated and must be most embarrassing for the majority of Americans let alone the President, if he does not dispense with Spicer's services forthwith then it must invite criticism from Netanyahu and jews worldwide.

In fairness to Spicer he may have been commenting on the fact the Nazi's did not use chemical or biological weapons on the battlefield (the Japs and Italians did) although forgetting how around 2 million did die breathing in toxic fumes is a bit of an oversight.

I much prefer the Saturday Night Live Spicer myself.

Trump has just sacked the head of the FBI, the same head of the FBI that leaked the Clinton emails and is currently looking into Trumps alleged links to Russia.

Of course Trump is not hiding anything, so perish the thought.

Turns out Comey lied to Congress last week. He had to go. He was so compromised he was never going to be effective at investigating the alleged Russian links. With luck he will now be prosecuted for perverting the course of the election.

Trump may well have done the right thing here but it so wonderfully poetic that he's going to look bad for this.

He swung that election. That's not a maybe. Comey announced that the FBI was investigating Hillary Clinton. days before the election. She was ahead by about ten percent, forty-eight hours later, Trump was on top and he stayed there. What about Hillary? "Oh, it was nothing" says Comey. That was reason enough to sack him as it is contrary to American law and custom for the director of the FBI to interfere in an election. Why not sacked earlier? Why would Trump sack someone who helped him so much? Comey could very we'll be a Republican loyalist and therefore the rest of his cabinet would back him, too. Why now, suddenly? Well, Comey's FBI is actively investigating Trump and his entourage for their connections to the Russian government. He's not the first US official on that file to resign, either. Sally Yates went before and it's all starting to smell like a long-dead flounder.

TICK-TOCK-TICK-TOCK ...

I thought nothing about the ugly arrogant evil sod would surprise me but looks like he may just have committed treason

President Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador in a White House meeting last week, according to current and former U.S. officials, who said Trump’s disclosures jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State.

The information the president relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said.

I do not read too much into this, banning laptops on planes is no big deal, several years ago mobile phones were banned in hospitals or dentists surgeries.

The report is an "opinion" and unless definitive proof can be shown that Trump has committed treason then I will disregard this as propaganda.

Ahhh... the Washington Post again. Great at mysterious unamed "officials" that may, or may not, have had anything to do with the White House or the intelligence services.

I don't think there has been any independent corroboration of this story; all the other reports I've seen thus far source back to the WP story.

If true, then Trump is in trouble. However, lets leave it a few days, and see what emerges. I am currently somewhat skeptical.

Yes as the president he can declassify anything but this just shows what a traitorous fat head he is

Trump is apparently having to be pressurised into making a statement about the Portland stabbings:

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2017/may/29/portland-attack-donald-trump-called-on-to-make-statement-about-double

Does anyone else find his silence on this issue odd at best and troubling at worst?

Had it been a Muslim rather a suspected white supremacist who carried out this despicable crime we all know Trump would have been all over it.

So why the silence?

Credit where its due, Trump has now condemned the Portland attack as "unacceptable" and praised the victims for "Standing up to hate and intolerance".

Still don't think it would have taken two days and an awful lot of prompting had the attacker been a Muslim.

Wonderful to see Trump insult London Mayor Saddiq Khan because he didn't understand the context of Khan's speech, even more wondeful that he failed to understand a dignified response and dug an even deeper hole by making another crass comment.

Good to see May siding with Khan though, after being prompted at least three times.....
